spent yesterday night reading this really good book, another fantastic one by mitch albom. all his books are of the same sort, the ones that touch your heart, leave you enchanted and leaving you pondering about the little joys of life. for one more day is no different, the last 5 sentences left me.. speechless, almost on the verge of tears.
when so many people out there in the world are struggling and hanging on fervently at the end of the rope, praying for a chance that God would grant them one more day of life, there are pyscho ones at the other side of the world attempting to commit suicide, emo, and contemplating about how sucky their lives are.(like the guy, chick, in this story) if you think that your life is in fragments and you have no idea how to piece them together, read this book. if you think there's no point hanging to your rotting, meaningless life that's like a decomposed apple infested with worms, read this book. and if you think you're comforting yourself by being emotional, read this book and get a life, because there are alot of dudes out there who are worse off than you are. =]
my younger sister was telling me how some of her classmates (who ae out of their mind, really) slit their wrists and then they start comparing how many cuts there have on their wrists. dumb asses, those little ignorant kids.
a penny for my thoughts?
